AMIC Communication Expands Foundry Partnership with SilTerra

SilTerra Malaysia, the leading wafer foundry in Malaysia, today is pleased to announce the foundry partnership with AMIC Communication (AMICCOM), a fast-growing fabless RFIC semiconductor company based in Hsinchu, Taiwan, for the manufacturing of AMICCOM’s RFIC products using SilTerra’s 0.18-micron RFCMOS technology.

The award is a timely recognition and endorsement of SilTerra’s leadership and accomplishment in our engineering and manufacturing capabilities for High Voltage Technology.
